  • We will deliver our Play Strategy, working with communities, Health partners and Town and Parish councils to ensure communities have access to spaces for play.
  • We will work with our partners to look at new ways of bringing play activities into communities.
  • We will seek to ensure all new planning applications and Council Regeneration programmes have spaces to play.
  • We will develop and deliver an Active CHILD strategy with our partners, using the most up to date research and recognising every community is unique.
  • We will deliver our Playing Pitch Strategy by working alongside grass roots and national sports organisations, communities and external funders so that every community has access to quality sports pitches.
