Olwyn Dean
Rudheath Candidate

I can trace my family in Northwich back for 400 years and 6 generations have lived in Rudheath, so you could say the area is in my DNA.
I have served as a Rudheath Parish Councillor, as Chair of the Friends of Griffiths Park, and as a member of the PTA at Rudheath Primary Academy. I am passionate about Rudheath and in making our village the best it can be for future generations.
As a former college lecturer I know what a difference it can make to people’s lives if they can access courses close to home. Improving standards of education ultimately provides opportunities for improving job prospects which then improves standards of living and this will be a key priority for me in the coming years.
People talk about an area having problems but I don’t see problems, I see opportunities for change!
