| There is huge pressure on local businesses, firstly due to Covid, and now the energy crisis and inflation.
During the pandemic we worked hard to re-open local businesses safely. We have also helped organise events and activities which bring people together, and to support the businesses in main shopping areas like Kingsway and in Hoole. They are the centres of local neighbourhoods, and we continue to help raise funds for projects like Christmas lights, so that throughout the year these areas are places people can feel proud of. |
